Welcome, I’m Laura Parker with Virtue Real Estate Group in the Fabulous, Las Vegas. Some people call it Sin City but I’m here to rename it Family Friendly suburbia or Investor Heaven? Either way, I’m a local Realtor and I make it my purpose to share real estate education and help people build wealth by investing in Las Vegas.

A Hawaii born native, I made the move to Las Vegas, the ninth island, after Covid. We call it the Ninth Island because it is a little town surrounded by desert like an island oasis. We have so many people migrating here for the cost of living, tax benefits, great food and access to worlds best entertainment!

My real estate experience in Hawaii, California and Nevada, have helped me buy/sell/flip property and I want to share that with you!
