A guard-gated neighborhood in The Peaks, one of Summerlin's newest villages, with the Spring Mountains for a backdrop.
Ascension is on the southwest side of Summerlin, near Town Center Drive and Tropicana Avenue, right where the ground starts rising toward Red Rock Canyon and the Spring Mountains. The first homes went up in 2024. The architecture is modern and the landscaping is still filling in. Depending on the lot, the mountains may be right off your back patio. Mesa Park is within walking distance, and Downtown Summerlin is less than 3.5 miles away.
The thing that makes Ascension different is the builders. Pulte Homes and Toll Brothers each built their own collections here, so single-story Pulte plans and larger Toll Brothers designs sit inside the same gates. Residents on both sides share one clubhouse, golf simulator room included.
We recently represented a buyer in Ascension, so we know the neighborhood and how a resale here goes, from the HOA documents to closing day.
