My passion for real estate began with my first job in mortgage servicing where I saw what happens inside a mortgage company once your loan is closed including how foreclosures are done and what the mortgage company does to sell a bank owned home. This experience would be of great value to me later in my career. I later became the Administrative Assistant to the County Manager of a National Title Insurance Company in California where it was quickly realized that my skills and talent would be best utilized in sales. I spent 10 years as a top producing marketing representative where I worked with realtors, mortgage brokers, banks and finance companies providing title insurance services.

In 1996 my husband was offered a position as a loan officer in Las Vegas, I would later join him in the mortgage business doing home improvement loans for a small mortgage company and later moving into residential purchase loans for a large bank. When the market shifted I quickly realized that my mortgage service experience would be of great value assisting distressed sellers and selling bank owned homes to buyers. My mortgage service experience gave me insight and a clear vision of what was necessary to make those transactions successful. I recently spent a short time selling "New Homes" for a large national builder which means I can help you navigate those complicated builder contracts.

I have truly experienced the highs and lows of the market but my love of real estate and the buyers and sellers I work with keep me focused and passionate.
