Hi, my name is Ricky Phetmyxay, and I have been a local Las Vegas REALTOR since 2020. In the short time I've been in the business, I have established myself within the real estate community and made significant moves to best serve you, my clients. I continue to grow and do more than just help people sell and buy homes.

Being a Navadan for over 18 years, I feel it is important not to treat this career only as a single transaction deal but more to build a relationship with clients so that I can hopefully prove that I care about what I do and that your dreams of home ownership or selling are extremely important to me and that you and your family are my top priority.

Real Estate has always been my calling. Working with my father-in-law, a Business Broker/Salesperson, and my wife, who has been practicing Property Management for more than 19 years, drove me to become a real estate agent. But being in the industry isn't about my passion; it's more about helping people become homeowners, assisting investors in adding to their portfolios, and creating long-lasting impressions. Part of my ongoing accomplishments is being a member of the Young Professional Network Committee, Trends Committee, and Community Outreach Committee, and now I serve on the board as the Marketing Chair for AREAA the (Asian Real Estate Association of America)

I specialize in Luxury Real Estate, specifically in the Summerlin area, QueensRidge, The Ridges, Red Rock Country Club, and the Southern Highlands area. But I serve all over the surrounding Las Vegas and Pahrump area in Residential, Land, Rentals, Luxury Rentals, and Investment properties with relationships with reputable agents in all states.
