The Feel
Boulder Ridge is the Christopher Homes neighborhood inside The Ridges. Its 46 homes sit on the village's western side, where the neighborhood backs up to the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. Nothing can be built on that side. Streets are short, Midnight Ridge Drive and Boulder Crossing Circle among them, and the ground sits high enough for city, mountain or fairway views from many lots.
The homes are the middle ground between a production house and a true custom build. Christopher Homes drew the desert-contemporary plans and let each buyer pick finishes, floor plan changes, decks and outdoor rooms through its design center. They run from about 4,000 to 6,800 square feet, one and two stories, on roughly a quarter to a half acre. That puts it between Sterling Ridge and Silver Ridge, which are production neighborhoods, and Falcon Ridge or Azure, where every house was custom built on a bare lot.

What Buyers Should Know
- Search by the plat name too. Clark County recorded Boulder Ridge as Village 18-Parcel G, and listings tend to carry "Summerlin Village 18-Parcel G" rather than "Boulder Ridge", so a name search alone can miss a home here.
- Age varies. The first homes went up in 2007 and the last about a decade later, so ask what has been updated and when.
- Lot position matters most: conservation land or a fairway behind you, and how much of the city you see from the lot. County records show resales from $2.6 million in 2018 to $4.99 million in 2022; ask us for today's numbers.
- Golf is separate. Play on Bear's Best stopped in June 2025, the course is being rebuilt as the private Amara Golf Club, and owning here does not include a membership.
