MacDonald Ranch is a master-planned community in the southern foothills of Henderson, Nevada, southeast of the Las Vegas Strip. The MacDonald family laid it out as four villages, and today it includes guard-gated custom estates, a 55+ active adult community and established single-family neighborhoods.

Sun City MacDonald Ranch, a 55+ active adult neighborhood built by Del Webb, is centered around the Desert Willow Golf Course and has its own clubhouse, fitness center and social clubs. Sunridge at MacDonald Ranch offers classic single-family homes near parks and shopping.
