The Feel
Rimrock is one of the smaller custom neighborhoods in The Ridges: 20 homesites on two streets, Ridge Blossom Road and Quiet Moon Lane, behind their own gate off Marble Ridge Drive. Neither street connects to anything else, so there is no through traffic. The course that was Bear's Best, now being rebuilt as the private Amara Golf Club, runs along the north and east edges, and some lots sit right on it.
Most of the homes went up between 2005 and 2009, with newer builds in 2016 and 2019 and two under construction now. County records put the finished homes between roughly 5,400 and 13,300 square feet, on lots from about half an acre to two acres. The views split by direction: east toward the Strip, west toward Red Rock Canyon.

What Buyers Should Know
- The MLS files these homes as "Summerlin Village 18 Parcel D," the county plat name, not "Rimrock." Search that label or the two street names.
- Lot position drives price more than square footage. A course-side or clear-Strip-view lot trades differently from an interior one. Recorded sales from 2022 through 2024 ran from about $4.8 million to $7 million; ask us for anything newer.
- Most homes are approaching twenty years old. Budget for roofs, pool equipment and mechanicals, and run any exterior change through The Ridges design review.
- Play on the old course stopped in June 2025 while Amara is rebuilt. On a course-side lot, ask about construction timing before you write an offer.
