The Feel
Arrowhead is The Ridges at its simplest: one street, Painted Feather Way, behind its own gate inside the village's guard gate. It runs east to west through the middle of the village, with holes of the former Bear's Best course, now being rebuilt as the private Amara Golf Club, on both sides. Rimrock is the nearest neighborhood to the west, and Redhawk sits across the fairway to the south.
Every home here was a custom build, so the street reads as a collection rather than a set. County records show the first house finished in 2004 and the newest in 2021, with living areas from about 4,700 to 12,200 square feet. Most lots run half an acre to eight tenths of an acre; one owner joined two into a parcel of nearly an acre and a half. From the higher lots the view runs across the course to the city and the Strip. Tyler sold a homesite on this street in 2023, so he knows these lots up close.

What Buyers Should Know
- On our site and most portals these homes are filed under The Ridges, with "Arrowhead" in the remarks. The surest search is the street name, Painted Feather Way.
- Golf frontage is standard here, so price turns on view direction (Strip east, Red Rock west), how the lot sits, and the age of the build. The three most recent recorded home sales, in 2023 and 2024, were $5.75 million, $12.5 million and $15.95 million; the top one was the double lot.
- Fourteen of the 23 finished homes date from 2006 to 2009, so ask what has been updated, and whether the lot's Special Improvement District (SID) balance is paid off.
- A home here doesn't include golf. Amara Golf Club memberships are sold separately from the house.
