Summerlin South is the southern part of Summerlin, on the western edge of the Las Vegas Valley. It sits in unincorporated Clark County rather than the City of Las Vegas, and it takes in Downtown Summerlin along with some of Summerlin's best-known guard-gated neighborhoods.
Charleston Boulevard marks its northern edge and Hualapai Way its eastern edge. To the west it reaches Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, so the desert is close at hand. Nearly all of it falls in ZIP code 89135, and the 215 Beltway, which runs through the area, makes the rest of the valley an easy drive.
