The course and clubhouse will be going through a complete Three hundred Million Dollar ($300,000,000) redesign.
Not only the golf course will be updated, but a complete teardown of the club house will be built. This will be a two level clubhouse. Under ground parking.
The new entrance to to the community will be located on Flamingo Rd.
